Due to COVID restrictions, parades for Mardi Gras 2020 were canceled. Keeping the spirit alive, New Orleanians decorated their homes Mardi Gras float style. The Popeyes franchise decided to join in on the festivities and I was charged with the task of designing, producing, and installing the 1st of its kind Popeyes Restaurant Floats.
